How does the timer lock work, and is there an emergency override?

Answer: After setting the timer, there’s a 5-second hesitation period allowing you to cancel before the lock starts. Once locked, the opaque box prevents you from seeing notifications, but you can still answer or hang up calls through the four-leaf clover window. For emergencies, you can unlock by holding the big button for 10 seconds, but this override can only be used twice, so use it carefully.
